Welcome to the Essex & Suffolk Borders 12 Car Navigational Rally 2022

Club Triumph is pleased to announce a final competitive Club event for 2022. The Club Triumph Essex & Suffolk Borders 12 Car Navigational Rally, run under the auspices of MSUK, will take place on Sunday 20th November 2022.

The route will cover around 80 miles of easy driving through the beautiful countryside of North Essex and South Suffolk, with an expectation of taking around 4 hours. The emphasis will be on map reading and navigational skills, rather than speed.

There is also a social element to the event with opportunities for coffee / breakfast at the start and Sunday Lunch at the finish.

The event will be run under normal Motorsport UK General Regulations and Club Triumph’s Supplementary Regulations. It is intended that entry will open at 19:00 on Thursday 20th October 2022.

Entry will be online only, via the Club Triumph website at www.clubtriumph.co.uk/esbr. 

The price of entry is £15.00 per vehicle. This covers event entry and admin only. Food and drink ordered at the restaurants, fuel, car preparation, getting to and from the event etc., will all be at the entrants’ expense.

The Starting point will be at The Bungalow Diner, Marks Tey Colchester, CO6 1DY, www.bungalowdiner.co.uk The finish will be at a country pub within an approximate 6 mile radius of Colchester where Sunday lunch will be available. Menu choices must be pre booked at the time of entering the event to allow the Pub to plan its catering, although payment for food can be made on the day.

Entry will be limited to 12 cars with a crew of two. Extra passengers are not permitted. Priority will be given to CT members but may subsequently be opened up to other clubs. A reserve list will be opened if necessary.
