BiTurbo228
I was wondering if you could fit Spitfire hubs into rotoflex rear vertical links.I've planning on running an alloy rotoflex CV-conversion rear suspension in my spitfire project, which is more than a little pricey. I was wondering if I could save some money by using the Spitfire hubs I've already got and not having to buy new ones. Also, I was wondering if you could use Spitfire rear drums with them as well. I know it sounds counter-intuitive going with smaller drums on a faster car, but the rears don't do all that much braking on a car the weight of a Spitfire and I'll have a saving in unsprung weight. Plus, I could use some of the money (hopefully) saved and buy some shiny alfin drums from Canleys :)
Clive
Totally different. What CV conversion? MGF hubs work with Nicks kit. And I think you can use spit backplates and drums, but unsure of spacings etc etc.Somebody used the front uprights from a metro for their CV conversion, and (IIRC) spit backplates/drums. Bit of DIY, but cheap I suspect.

Clive
Have a word with Nick, he may well have some hubs etc. Not to mention the spacers and so on you will be needing.
