molten
Been working all day on finishing sill and installing drivers door and getting door bottom aligned with sill. Had to use filler to door bottom/sill but getting there. Installed door lathes and door seal.I seem to have a couple of gaps between door and seal. One at bottom corner at b-post and other at top of a post. See pics. Seal is the old one for now just used to set door flush. The hinge positions on door seem to be as far as they will go to door skin. Any idea why this is?Can it be overcome with some 'know-how tip'?Thanks
JensH
Will be gone when you fit the door trim panel?
heraldcoupe
Have you got a clear image of the B-post/door shut panel, and top of the sill with the door open? In particular, where the wing's front flange meets the B-post,Cheers,Bill.
