Steve Cureton
As you will see from the photograph the lip that the door seal attaches to has taken a bit of a battering over time, can anyone tell me if the lip is meant to be at a right-angle to the floor? JohnD
Yes!Best corrected with a light hammer and a dolly, but anything with some mass and a thinnish edge will do as a dolly. This the rear tub? As the front end of the door aperture is made of thin air at present, wait until the tub is back on the chasiss and the sill is supported by solid steel, to avoid further warping.John

Bob Bowling
I have just straightened mine out from a similar state using one of those wide jawed sheet metal clamps - the metal is quite thin and bends quite easily.
Steve Cureton
Thanks guys, I did suspect it needs to be straightened but didn't want to do it and then find it's meant to be angled! It will be ages (months) before the tub is repatriated with the chassis but it's now on the list of 'things to do'.
