Nick Jones Posted July 2, 2016 Share Posted July 2, 2016 Do you mean the locking pin in the door is just flopping around in it's arc of movement? That means that the spring inside had come adrift or broken. Usually possible to fix it (the spring is a very simple thing) but you'll need to wrestle the mechanism out of the door first which isn't much fun.One day I'm going to come up with a more modern arrangement, with a two-stage latch, so the door doesn't fly open at inopportune moments.......Nick Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
