john136070
HiI am looking for information regarding removing the door glass from 1360. I think it is held to the bottom frame by circular spring washer clips but if it is how do you see behind to release the clips? Thanks in anticipationJohn
pimp my vit
I think you will find the spring clips are on the front of the frame, you don't need to get behind...Send me a pm with your email address and I will send a copy of the body training notes for the doors. Paudman
Can't remember if they're behind or in front (usual Sunday morning brain fog!) but they're easily accessible and just slide off the lug, wind the window up or down as required to get access through the apertures in the doors. Removing the quarter light bolts so that it moves about and allows more room to manoeuvre is a great help. Don't forget the leather washers on the sliding lugs and grease well on reassembly.
