Leaking roof/door

Hi, was wondering if anyone could help with a problem I have. Recently bought a herald (my first classic) and we love it. Due to the lovely weather we are having we have noticed a leak between the door and roof on the passenger side. Don't know if there is something missing as the gap looks big. Can't find a close up photo anywhere on internet to see what it should look like. Any help appreciated.

Welcome. But leaks and triumphs tend to go hand in hand, we can however reduce them! post a photo of your car window, it will help to "diagnose" the problem.

Hi,

Can't get pictures to load. Is the window supposed to go into a rubber seal at the top (on the roof). On our car it goes in front of the seal , leaving a gap. It does not look like an original part. I'll keep trying with the photos. Kenny

Try to reduce them to under 300k. There is a size limit on this website.

Go to www.postimage.org upload the pic there it will allow images up to 4mb to be uploaded and then post the Forum BBcode link here (top box).

That will give you a clickable thumbnail picture here that will open up to show the full size picture when clicked on.
