blueH Posted February 23, 2008 Share Posted February 23, 2008 Einar, I don't think you have to remove the door glass, you will of course I believe have to remove the quarter light to fit the flock covered window channel, the quarter light is held in position at 5 points three on the long leg (same leg as your Item 12 shows) and two on the short leg, all are accessible from behind interior vinyl door panel apart from top one on short leg which is a bolt that sits behind rubber bung on edge of door. Once all these bolts are removed I think you can simply slide out quarter light, also be aware that behind quarter light there should be a piece of plastic (like plastic bag material) this I believe is to prevent water ingress inside door.
