Door alignment

Hi all. Is there a certain way the doors have to be adjusted/aligned?  Also are all the bolts the same size all round and are they all countersunk?  Adjusters on the pillars are sorted. MK2 2500s saloon 78.  Cheers.

I took ages doing mine and used washers here and there to get the gaps right. Well worth the time. No way they would fit right without spacers.
From memory they were all countersunk bolts.

The rear doors use countersunk bolts, fronts normal. Normal to see washers used to get the gaps right

Thanx for the replies.  I might get some 5mm thick rubber, shape to the hinges and shave where needed. If I can be bothered with the headache.
