GT6 Mk3, Drivers Door Window

Hi all,

I'm on the look out for a new drivers door window for my 1972 GT6 Mk3. Unfortunately the original one got partly destroyed during restoration last year, and the replacement is scratched and marked all over and really spoils the look of the car.

Having rung round nearly every GT6 parts suppliers and having had no success, as a last hope i though i'd ask on here and see if anyone had one for sale, or knew of anywhere where i could get one.

any help would be much appreciated.

Are we talking sundym or clear glass?

just clear glass.
have found a few tinted ones, unfortunately none with just clear glass.

seem to be hard to find.

I will try and take a look in the basement. I seem to remember buying a set a few years ago by mistake. Can't remember whether I still got them or which condition they are in (probably scratched). However shipping from denmark might kill any financial reason.

Have you tried calling Graham @ James paddock - he always seems to be able to find parts at reasonable prices.

Sorry it took a while. I have had a good look - have not got any left. Must have given them away to somebody (or perhaps even binned them?? )

Keep looking on ebay - they ought to surface from time to time.
