Spitfire4 exterior & interior door handles

Please someone know where to source exterior & interior door handles for an early spirfire4 ?

Ebay is probably the cheapest way.

Interior handles and fittings will be no problem.

However, the exterior ones will be. Are they shared with another Triumph car?
