Rear Valance Repair

So i finally finished welding in my new boot floor , rear valance and lower wings.

Any suggestions on how to fix this ?

I was thinking Tiger Seal???

Any ideas would be great!

Originally it was brazed.

I MIG'd mine and the cleaned it up with a Die-Grinder.

Yeah i was thinking that but the metal is quite thin.

I think filling it would only crack ?

Personally I would cut out the thin metal and weld respair sections in.


Although you should have done this before fitting the valance.  ;)

I think the panelwork originally had hidden returns.

Fix the thin bits, and a couple of tack welds, followed by tigerseal would be my solution.
