Spitfire mk4 Rear Valance rust

hi guys,
          my Spitfire has some rust on the back right rear valance. It has developed into a whole and and spread up some of the arch past the bumper.
I've had a poke about and it is maybe 2-3inches long rusted and the whole is an inch in diameter. Wondering where is the best place for a replacement valance or if you guys think its worth repanneling the arch as well.

I'm a little confused with your question....
Is it the rear valance thats rusty or the rear wing below the bumper?
If its the rear wing and the rest of the wing is good and original I'd be inclined to repair whats there.If the rust is on the actual valance then for the cost you may as well replace(providing you can weld and paint that is?).

Post some pictures and people can properly advise :)

I can't remember how far it goes but the majority is on the wing under the bumper closest to the wheel. I am going to the car tomorrow so will take photo's.
