Engine valances

My car hasn't got any engine side valances, I'm not sure what effect it's having, but I want to get hold of some and fit them.

There are some on eBay at the moment, but the description says GT6/Vitesse. Are they interchangeable? I wouldnt have thought so.

Glen,

I don't think GT6 and Vitesse valences are anything like the same. I think the GT6 ones are cardboard as standard.

However, the ones shown look like Vitesse ones to me although perhaps not in great condition as I can see rust holes in the front lower corner where it bolts to the chassis.  The coolant bottle holder and clamp is there though which is good.

Taken from Canley's site. I think their main purpuse is to stop crap from going over your engine, water spray from going on electrics. They may help with channeling air to aid cooling?

They look well rotten to me, and yes they are Vitesse valances.
