Dion Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Interesting bumpers on this Herald for sale on US Ebay. Never seen before - can anyone guess their origin?http://www.ebay.com/itm/Triumph-Other-Convertible-1963-TRIUMPH-HERALD-CONVERTIBLE-/151356441346?forcerrptr=true&hash=item233d8c0302&item=151356441346&pt=US_Cars_Trucks Quote
Alex Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 Looks like a cut down pre facelift mk2 saloon bumper profile.... Quote
herald948 Posted July 17, 2014 Posted July 17, 2014 I would also agree, but I wonder where said bumpers might have come from, as the 2000 was only sold briefly in the US, and then only the "original" series. Obviously, bumpers could have been obtained at any time from anywhere, but it's not very likely that they'd have come out of a typical US "junkyard" (breaker yard)! Quote
