re-chromed rear over riders

I did put a post on here if any body could recommend chrome plaiters.But had no joy. I managed to find somebody, Brighthouse Metal Finishers, in Peterborough tel num- 01733266138. They do post, but they do not take cards; cheque or cash.

I did try and remove the rust myself by putting them in a tank of hydrochloric acid. Then forgot all about them. 3 days later there wasn't a lot I could do with them, but this company worked miracles. Hence the before and after pictures. And the best part is they guarentee their chrome for life. So you could say at least 10 years.

What sort of price? I have a pair of GT6 Mk1 overriders just starting to 'speckle' and may get them rechromed if the price is reasonable.

Yeah me too. What was the price CYE ?

I was quoted £15 each. But I did leave them in acid for 3 days oops. So they were all most scrap ,so pay £85 with the VAT.I could have bought new ones for about £105.00 but wasn't happy with the quality.

Richard I can convert saloon sunvisors too convertible, you know were I am.

Great Cheers Mark. If I can't get my old visors cleaned up and fitted I'll come and see you about converting the saloon ones I have. Must pop round sometime to see how you are getting on with the Vitesse.
