WIMPUS
As some will know that im doing a rolling resto on my daily in use Spit 1500. But do want some good protection underneath... Ive painted a part with zink phosphate and stone chip (light coat) over it when doing the sills amd floor repairs. But do have again some light rust spots 🙄  And it would best that I strip the whole floors. I've worked on a Porsche 911 last year, stripped the underseal, original paint + coating off to bare metal l. Then rust convertor on the hard spots, epoxy primer and a good layer of stone chip (all suggested by a local bodyshop/porsche specialist). Been thinking of painting mine in 2k body color.. but thats for later.  So what have people done ? Also needs to be good against stone chips and salt etc.  Underseal I dont like.. Clive
uPol Raptor seems to be the stuff, seems to be very tough. I used etch primer, stonechip, 2k Black then Dinitrol hard wax for the areas likely to get "blasted" by water/mud/stones (which is really tough, 27k miles on the wheel arches and still there)
mikeyb
Yes I was going to suggest Raptor also, the Land Rover boys and girls swear by it!
