After a month skewif in the shed The Damson Dog started up and ran . Tweaked the carbs for a few more revs and it’s running a little better . Replacement front bonnet surround trims have made the front end a little smoother . Straightened it up to make access considerably easier. Next job is to swap the distributor over to an Accuspark spare one from Olaf’s boot … don’t tell Ashley he’s strictly a points man but he never reads the forum !

Your correct🤦. There were two Saloons on the RBRR with unusual paintwork around the wheel arches and sills. Here's the Damson Dog at Jedburgh on the Friday night. Again next to my Stag.

Just to add to the confusion, Luke has been repainting the lower half of his car,  it now has red sills and arches but will eventually he completely Russet Brown
