Wendy Dawes Posted March 13, 2022 Share Posted March 13, 2022 (edited) Had a lovely first annual club dinner at Shendish Manor, food was excellent, as was the company. Well attended by Club Triumph members and met the committee for the first time. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. Then came the surprise, I was awarded club woman of the year for my efforts in getting Mabel back on the road. I cannot take all the credit, there’s a big part of that car in Shawn Daniels who helped tirelessly with the clutch, gearbox and brakes. And Steve Hudson who’s help and instruction on re installing the wiring loom was invaluable, the car wouldn’t be on the road without the help of these lovely members of West Mids group.
