Fourth jabs for the over 75s, or else those considered "vulnerable" through chronic illness.   Not for others, at present.   If you need one for travel - ie. 10CR - contact your GP practice, but see the Times:   https://www.thetimes.co.uk/travel/advice/will-i-need-a-booster-jab-to-travel-abroad

Quote, "On December 21, the European Commission adopted a rule that states vaccine-passport validity is set at nine months (270 days) for intra-EU travel. This came into effect on February 1. It means that without a booster jab, you may be subject to additional testing or quarantine if more than nine months have passed since your second dose; the exact restriction can vary from country to country. However, the European Commission has advised that proof of a recent negative Covid test result or recent recovery from Covid should be accepted as well."

Fourth jabs are most effective, for most people: Safety, immunogenicity, and reactogenicity of BNT162b2 and mRNA-1273 COVID-19 vaccines given as fourth-dose boosters following two doses of ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 or BNT162b2 and a third dose of BNT162b2 (COV-BOOST): a multicentre, blinded, phase 2, randomised trial - The Lancet Infectious Diseases
