SU twin carb refurbishment

Afternoon all,

Does anyone know or can recommend a place in Wiltshire (as close to Bath as possible) who can refurbish a set of twin SUs for the 1300 mk4 spit?

Is there anyone on this forum who is both able and inclined?

Andrew Turner is in Lincolnshire, but does a postal service. He rebuilt the HS6's for the wifes 2000 MkII Estate.

How difficult to do this job yourself as mine are going to need it, or is it not worth the hassle?

From experiance if yours just need a light overhaul it's easy, however if they are looking aged & are worn then really its a specailist job as they can do lots we can't & they come back looking like new too.

I was told mine were quite warn but still do the job so not sure what to read into that maybe a light refurb would do.  :-/
