Anthony Posted January 10, 2011 Posted January 10, 2011 What is the gold coloured finish on the front brake calipers?I'm wondering what finish to have done when I rebuild mineIs this finish tough or not?It seems to have worn of most cars, but I guess that because they're 40+ years old!

Anthony Posted January 10, 2011 Author Posted January 10, 2011 Yeah, I'd like an original looking finish, but if it isn't very durable I guess a paint alternative would be best

(see, my chemistry lessons were not in vain)cheersColin
