beefertoo Posted January 27, 2010 Posted January 27, 2010 hi all, if there if a l/h thread on one trunnion(front) and r/h on the other can someone tell me what thread goes on what side of the car? actually its for my mates moggy but it did get me thinking of when the spit goes back together.cheers craig
Mj17 Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 They will only go on one side.To match the L/R threads in the two trunnions the two vertical links have corresponding L/R threads and if you have the vertical link on the wrong side the brake calliper will be to the front of the car so the brake pipes won't fit and the steering arm will be to the rear so the track rod ends won't fit.
Jonny-Jimbo Posted January 28, 2010 Posted January 28, 2010 And the stub axle will point the wrong way?
