Sideways Tim Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Mt trunnions need oiling, can anyone tell me if any other grease nipple on the car ('72 Mk 4) will fit the trunnions, so I can whip one off to attach my oil pump?Thanks.
nang Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 If you do that the grease in the nipple will find its way into the bits you're trying to oil. New ones don't cost much!
lancepar Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 If you are using a trigger type oil can/pump, couldn't you just remove the plug and insert the pointy end of the hose in the hole :-/
