Royal Blue (56) RAL code?

I'm having my GT6 painted in Royal Blue, I know the Triumph code is 56 but I'd like to know the closest RAL code so I can get some chassis coating, any suggestions?

It's only for the chassis, so not super critical, I think I'll go with 5004. Thanks Nick.

Be careful Ian. I bought some brushable paint 'Royal Blue' from a paint seller at Stoneleigh a couple of years ago, he swore it was the right colour and that everyone else's was not...when I applied it to the bulkhead re-furbishment I was undertaking it looked more purple. Has toned down now, but it still bugs me.

Sorry, but I cannot remember the traders name. He is always at Stoneleigh, husband and wife business.

Thought I'd post to warn you off them.

AutoPaints at Brighton have a good reputation. I believe Clive S uses them.

Most paint suppliers should be able to mix synthetic paint to code. Or i ndeed any type of paint(I assume you are using synthetic on the chassis?) 

Alternatively you could get 2k made up, brushing it takes 99% of the risks away.

Yes Terry the TR4A is "supposed" to be Royal Blue 56 in certain lights he's black, Purple, dark blue but luckily never pink or green!
