what oil for overdrive

I have a mk 2vitesse with d type overdrive. i checked the oil in the box today and it is a bit thin and foamy. i wil change it tomorrow but should i use ep90 or 20/50 ? any help appreciated.

Hello Alan,

to add to Tim's advice, look for GL4 not the more common GL5 as the later can harm brass that is used in the gearbox.
