herald948 Posted June 7, 2008 Share Posted June 7, 2008 I've run into similar parallels with Standard 8/10/Pennant hubcaps, where there supposedly were "export" versions in stainless rather than chromed steel. Perhaps there was something similar going on, as the ones in the photo certainly look to be the same pressing normally found on Heralds, et.al.
