Tim Bancroft
All RBRR Crews,Umm, so far I have only received 5 answers to this question. Please let me know which car your crew thinks was the best car in the RBRR.Please do not vote for your own car(!), or for Nigel Gair's 2000 mk2 (Ths car won it in 2004).Many thanks,Tim07966 289
JohnD
For Driver, I vote the guy who broke down in Cornwall and drove the garage courtesy car all the way to the Plough! 10/10 for chutspah! For car - the American Spitfire. 2000 miles around UK? Phooie! Just to take part, they came 5000 miles!(Which reminds me of a song!)John

Tim Bancroft
Just PM me- all I need is a clue and I'll be able to work out who you have voted for.I have sent out two previous e-mails about this.......So far I have r'ced 8 votes- bit poor. Also please ensure the vote is a crew decision. Nice bit of silverware to be won for a year.
Goody
Did all who ran the run get a E-Mail asking about this? I did not. If I get a vote I also go with the American Spitfire as not only did they ship the car but after a brakedown at the first check point they still finished. Tim Bancroft
Bill,Unfortunately I only sent the mail out to the principle entrants, that meant 100 to send. It is up to your main entrant- Ashley in your instance- to contact you and for you, Peter and Ash to decide.I look forward to hearing from you all. Tim Bancroft
So far had a pathetic 17 votes.Come on RBRRs. Surely you would like to vote for one of cars on the event- some of them were so good and graced the event with their prescence.Come on!
Deleted User
Only prob is i didn't see a lot of the cars on the run ...apart from chatting to a few people at the start we never saw that many on the run as we were allways running so late
GTRoger
I also gave my points to a car I only saw at the start... ;)
Deleted User
Prob is i saw very few at the start ..we were later than i'd planned [due to one of katie's co-drivers turning up late ..not neil] and we only had time to grab some food
GTRoger
Ok, let me help you! I was at the Plough from 12.00 and had plenty of time to check out all the cars. Except for a blue mk1 GT6 that came in very late... so that's out of the race already! I would suggest car 28 to you. Very nice and tidy! Typical RBRR car! Deleted User
I think i'm going to look through the list of entrants to see if that jogs my memory of any carsWould car 28 be a foreign entry perhaps?
Tim Bancroft
Roger,You and Theo have already voted!Doug, Come on have a vote- Blue mk2 GT6????Also ask Katie what car she would like to vote for. Blue Mk2 GT6?
GT6 John
Now, now Tim. Laying such a big hint as to who you think Doug should vote for is not right......especially since he'll be voting for a white Mk1 GT6 anyway. :P
Deleted User
Mind you i could vote for a green herald as it's not my car and Katie could vote for a MK3 GT6
Deleted User
But then The GT6 doesn't really deserve any votes as it failed to make it Started to look at the throttle pedal this afternoon ...not only was the mount pulling through the bulkhead but the arm where the cable atatches had almost snapped and did as soon as i touched it
