Colour code CML ?

On the Vin plate the colour is stated as "CML" is this a Red Colour ?

Well, Google shows up a couple of hits that agree it's "Vermillion"

This is a Rover colour code:-

CML Vermillion Red (1976-1982)

For information, my TR7 was painted in Rover CMP Oporto Red (1981-1987) which was never an official Triumph colour, but during the final months of TR7 production a number were finished in that Rover colour.
