Martins Stag
Guys just a thought with the introduction of E10 petrol and the effect it has on non E10 compatible rubber would this have an effect on the rubber Stromberg diaphragms in the long term or am I worrying about nothing? I have some spares and yes I can use super unleaded but is there a fix on the horizon? Is there someone think about or in the process of developing E10 compliant diaphragms? RobPearce
When operating correctly the Stromberg diaphragms are dry, not noticeably exposed to petrol. I don't think it should be a problem.
Martins Stag
Thanks Rob that is appreciated. So on a My stag I have nylon fuel pipes, a modern electric fuel pump, alloy fuels tank and E10 approved rubber fuel pipe I should be ok ? Or have I missed anything? RobPearce
That sounds like you have all the obvious bases covered.
