SurreyMan Posted November 24, 2009 Share Posted November 24, 2009 Hi all working on a 1500 with my dad the back panel got pushed in by a lamp post it seems to have just pushed in the inner panel I was wondering how easy a job it would be to cut these out and weald new ones in ? I only got a Uni-Part manual which is not much help as i could realy do with just a panel drawing of how these we're put togtherthanks if anyone can help Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Howard81 Posted November 24, 2009 Share Posted November 24, 2009 I didn't do it myself, but the bodyshop that repaired my Sprint after it was rear ended did a great job! It's all spot-welded in, so should be pretty straight forward. The inner panel was a genuine BL part, the outer was a Heritage one from last year's Rimmer Bros Christmas Sale.The bodyshop didn't say anything about the fit (so was assumed good!), unlike the reproduction rear N/S door skin that was almost an inch oversize!
