Caroline
Quoted from Raider Just got in from the Pendle and pennine meeting and can confirm that Rupert the Acclaim should be amongst the starters on this year's RBRR. ;)Barry said something about the Mrs not being on the case and getting the entry sorted out. :oWell really! The Mrs has a full time job and a baby to look after and a house to run, and all Barry's doing is playing cars in the garden ;)Entry in the post to Tim... Tim Bancroft
All,Latest entries as follows:70. Don Cox/TBA. Triumph Dolomite 1500HL71. Michael Lineham/Patricia Lineham. Triumph GT6 Mk.172. Clive Goodwin/Carrie-Ann Goodwin/David Walker. Triumph 2500TC mk.273.Chris Swan/Nick Gull. Triumph TR7 DHC74. Ollie During/Camilla Bengtsson. Triumph TR6.On last mon. nights commitee meeting it was decided that owing to the fantastic response to this years RBRR we would raise the no. of entries to 80no. We do not think that we can cope with more as a greater number would put too much strain on the control stops such as JOG, Land's End etc.We expect that some of the crews that have entered will withdraw, so we will be operating a reserve list after the eightieth entry. However if you are considering having a go at this fantastic event do not hesitate, get your entry in!

Raider
Wow - 74 entries - what a tribute to the event and well done Mr Bancroft ;)Why only 80 though ??) ;DI realise it may be a bit late now but what about extending the entry list to, say, 150 :o.This would mean 2 starting points, one north and one south of course. For the good of the club I selflessly offer to organise the northern start - I already have in mind the Rolls Royce Social Club, Barnoldswick. Not exactly on the route but there is plenty of car parking space, food available etc and it's only 300 yards from my house - perfect! 8)
