Stag74 Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Having been a long term RBRR observer from Oz I say may you breakdowns be non existent, cars perform perfectly and if the unthinkable happens, any spares easy to find and quick to fit. Will be following progress here. Coincidentally we are off for our own 1000km drive at the same time to pick up a big saloon and drive it home, so in the spirit anyway.
Spitfire2500 Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 You took the words right out of my mouth :) I was just about to start a post saying the very same.Good luck to all on this year's RBRR.Unfortunately our plans to run in Glenn's 2.5pi fell through. The upside, though, is that this will probably be the kick in the pants I need to get the Saloon back on the road and at least make the start in 2014 :)Hoping to get to Stirling on Saturday afternoon for a bit of Triumph watching.
Glenn Posted October 3, 2012 Posted October 3, 2012 Yes, disappointed we won't be joining you folks on the run but looking forward to seeing everyone at Conon Bridge. 8)All the best!!
Hogie Posted October 4, 2012 Posted October 4, 2012 Hi RBRR'ers, best of luck on your journey. I should be with you but my co-driver told me NO!!!!Drive carefully, enjoy the pies - and stay awake.Roger
