Bosch Posted October 2, 2020 Share Posted October 2, 2020 Hi I bought new syncro and bearing for my gear box from Rimmer Brothers but not sure is the syncros are correct as it now crunches in third gear only. Both 2nd and 4th are fine. Has anyone else had a similar problem? I think I should check the tolerances. Does anyone have factory tolerances/settings for 3 rail gearbox or pages from full manual? thescrapman Posted October 2, 2020 Share Posted October 2, 2020 I beleive all the new synchro are machined poorly, and are some times put out of round by the machining process.
