Clutch Release Arm

Knock it througgh. It is held in place by 2 "crinkly washers" and that is all. Hence the pin sometimes falls out, and you lose the clutch. Best to fit new crinkly thingies, and you an also fit a pin with a head so it can't fall through. Canleys will have all the bits. Paddocks too.

shadowbane,
You shouldn't have to hit it all that hard to remove the pin. I would suggest tapping the pin from below in case you have one with a head already.
