Guy
Does anyone know if MGF seats will fit in the GT6? I saw a spit at Chic Doigs with MX5 seats in it and really didn't like the shape of them (looked like they were kinked in at the back to improve rear legroom.) Maybe those particular ones were just poorly recovered, as the covers were slightly loose, but I'm looking for a seat that has the support and "tight" looks of a modern car seat.Has anyone experimented with Ford Ka seats. I realise they'd be too high, but maybe the lower frame could be removed/modified.Calling all seat experimenters!cheers, Guy
Nick Jones
MGF seats can be fitted in a Vitesse, but dunno about GT6...Nick
Bob Bowling
I have MGF seats in my Vitesse - a generous gift from another member who got them to go in a spitfire but I think found they wouldn't fit. Maybe the gent in question will confirm for me.

Bob Bowling
Best bet is a wander round a scrap yard with a tape measure. If you know the width of the spitfire seats you should be able to rule out the obvious no hopers quite quickly. Out of interest I once fitted Nissan Micra seats into an MG Midget, so you ought to be able to find something that will fit.
Mj17
The only kink you should have in a MX5 seat is neat the top, where it stops being 'seat' and becomes 'headrest' (though on Mk1 seats they are an all-in-one seat).MK5 seats are really comfy to sit in...I should really move them out of the flat and fit them to my car at some point :)
