Are you going to use an isolation on the underside of the tunnel? I would imagine the sound and heat would became a problem, the original one i had without the camping isolation bags on the underside was hot and noisy. i used a polyethylene cover and covered the whole underside with anti drumming plate. This helps heat and sound!
The tr2 already conquered the glossglockner! https://youtu.be/ZKOxHcc32r0 And this video should be opened in the YouTube app on your tablet to see the drive in 360 https://youtu.be/PbAKTaPxTLw
Hmm, no good sign.. Had the same problem. When you are lucky the shafts them self are damaged, but i think the body it self has worn out. Theres not much to do about it.. resleeving is quite difficult but can be done. This Will suck false air into the mixture.. I was able to find a set better ones, without the emission control junk.
My GT was US import, it has the same single plinth. a friend has a belgium gt6 in resto. perhaps he can remember wether or not he has the plinth... wil ask.
in the factory communication is also called shadow blue isn't it ? i bought a kit from newton commercials, they didnt have the blue option available at that time, but they used the midnight blue material. I have some original material, the colors look very much alike, the original is a bit more greyish, but that could be just fading from the years.
No, its actually a late one, #11546. its not painted. when i replaced my dash i made a little cut on the back of the bar (at the mounts) but its full color plastic-ish. i havent seen it before on other cars, so curious if there are more royal blue gt' with a colored bar..
