    Dave, Pierre. Thank you for your advice. I will certainly look at the TR register. The price range of those TR6s for sale is quite large. My budget is not vast but I don't want to end up buying a car that needs loads of work. I'm happy working with the engines, brakes, suspension, etc, but not bodywork. Alan

    I'm looking to purchase a TR6 but would like to know what I should look-out for in the way of rust areas and weak spots. I ran a MGB GT for many years so do have some insight into old vehicles. All advice and help gratefully received.
