Following on from last year, we will again be using standard guidelines on use of navigation styles, and the regs include details, so that everyone should be able to understand what they will get navigation wise, before they enter. Hopefully this will bring some new people out, who may have previously been put off.
We will use the Sapphire Solutions Rally App to do all the timing, route checks and results. This means that crews will use their mobile phones to download the event details and this will give them notification of when they are approaching/at passage checks and time control locations. This facility means there is no requirement for any marshals or code boards out on the route, but we will most likely still have one or two controls manned.
