Dirk, Venturer is right UO is Devon, OU was apparently Bristol so its still a west country car

Thats a seriously nice car Dirk, and a Devon number plate as well. Do you know its history?

I got back from offshore today, good timing

Think it will be the Stag rather than the TR6, I want a bit more comfort this time, so
Clutch to renew
New fuel lines
re build carbs
Overdrive to fix but guessing its only low oil
New battery
Get co driver to recover from back surgery
There's always the 6 if the Stag doesn't make it! -
I'm struggling to find a co driver, co driver from RBRR is having a back op, choice 2 is working and third choice is skint. So if anyone fancies a drive for 50% of the cost please let me know. I'm in SW Wiltshire. I have a choice of the RBRR TR6 or my Stag, leaning towards the stag as it's abit more roomy, not as much fun though!

Stag is first choice but haven't had it that long so need to make sure its reliable and give a full check over, otherwise its the trusty TR6 which (touch wood) has never missed a beat including 2016 RBRR. One of them will make it!

Posted mine this morning, taking the Stag for this one, the TR was simply too cramped omn RBRR anyway 10 CR is surely more of a grand tour thus needing a tourer!

Team 27, Tommy the TR6 MOT passed no advisories, new clutch master and slave cylinders fitted. Hand brake fixed with a couple of natty extensions..... Were ready
-
Team 27 better start thinking about things. Not surprised there are so many Dave's, it was a pretty common name for the children of the 50's & 60's which probably covers most of us, though its not a common name anymore.
