    Sorry too all the traditionalists, but I’m thinking of swapping out the seats (mk4 1972 1300) and putting in something a bit different. Anyone tried to take off the bottom runners and fit/adapt them onto a ‘new’ seat from a modern car? Or is it easier to remove it all and adapt the ‘car to the seats’? cheers

    Hi all. First ever Spitfire, first time ever attempted. He’s a “72 1300, not been on the road in years. Prepare to answer questions 😁 May need a shoulder to cry on in the Worcester area if anyones available in the future.
