Thanks yes I do look on that site (have made some enquiries) , marketplace , eBay and I get alerts from Classic cars for sale (auction fees do add a lot to the initial costs though and I don't like the whole uncertainity of bidding process etc). I would travel if it looked to be the right car but hoped someone more local might be thinking of selling.

Hello I am looking for a Mk III GT6 that is in good running order to love and look after. Chassis to be sound and bodywork good as not wanting a project (but it does not need to be concours either). It would have the GT6 2.0l engine and ideally it would have overdrive but it would not have a sunroof. I live in Kent Thanks Lynda
