Have a mk4 1970 1296cc with standard ignition and wish to transfer over to electronic. I've a Delco Remy distributor and have searched the internet for a suitable electronic system.  Have found two different ones on eeebay item # 391929087115 which is Accuspark make and item# 131765726149 which is Powerspark make. Which is the best make and reliable.   Many Thanks  

I have a 1971 Mk4 Spitfire with a 1296cc engine (just found out its a Toledo engine...DG engine code).  I currently have normal ignition that is causing issues. Everything is new but the vacuum advance isn't working and have been told that converting to electronic ignition will solve everything and run 10x better, Can someone please advise on what to buy as getting confused. Possibly send links or picture on what to buy. I can find Accuspark kits and also complete distributor kits. I am unsure what distributor i have installed as cant find what make it is, as doesn't have any markings on, unsure if its a Delco or Lucas.   Many Thanks 

Hi All, I'm currently carrying out a full restoration a 1970 Mk4 Spitfire and need to replace the radiator. I'm confused to which one i need to purchase. I have taken out the standard and have been told to upgrade to full width, a wider core, replace with standard 16" all different opinions. Can someone help to advise to which one is best. I take it if i fit the wider version it doesn't use the framework that goes around the 16". Many Thanks   Steve
