Great progress and workmanship! I know just how you feel about bodged up areas. My 75 Spitfire was exactly the same but in sill, a post, b post and even bulkhead. The funny thing is that mine was only on the road for 9 years. Like I say yours look great and I'll be watching progress very closely.   Conor

Hi Guys, when trying to open the passenger door on my Spit I realised that the door latch mechanism is broken. the door is unlocked and when I pull on the handle (inside and outside) nothing happens. does anyone know how I can open the door? cheers
