Dear all,
This is the last call for reserving a place at the Hurdlemakers next weekend. Thank you to those who have sent me their menu choices and to those who have said that they are unable to come.If you have not already got in touch but would like to join us, please email me your intentions and preferably menu choices as soon as you can.Kind regardsMike -
I don't believe that their is any record of no's tha were on the tags attatched to the chassis. Creative is the way forwards i think!

From the AEMCDear colleaguesI've been asked by John Davie as chief marshal to pass on the information that marshals registration is now open for the Corbeau Seats Rally Clacton and Tendring, Essex, with a request that this be passed on to any of your club members that you feel may be interested. The event is being run on the 22nd/23rd April 2023 and as a multi venue "closed roads" event requires a significant amount of marshals and therefore all support would be very welcomeRegistration can be reached through the following link.John can be reached at

Been checking, every code board was seen by someone today, so I think they were all still there.
Last 11 still there, 1 of them was only seen by me as I picked it up!
Ahem, not "seen by me" as written, more "missed by me but spotted by the driver", lol!
Thanks to everyone who took the time to come out to play.
Well done to the winners - 1st expert (and 1st overall) - Mike & Mark and 1st beginners - Alison & Leighten.
Hopefully you all enjoyed it including the food at start and finish. Miya enjoyed her first time out marshalling and I realised that I also have gotten very rusty!
Regards, Mike

Dear all, please check your emails for a last minute update which sligtly changed the start arrangements and timings.
Kind regards
Mike

Lowestoft was pretty grim earlier this year!
In fact I would almost go as far to say that I preferred Skeggy!

Hi Chris
24th/25th June for me.
The best thing about Skeg is the road leading away from it, Clacton and Gt Yarmouth are close contenders for worse than Skeg but nothing beats Jaywick Sands. It is officially the most deprived place in the UK, it is a shanty town of burnt out cars and burnt out houses.Lowestoft was pretty grim earlier this year!

Acclaim stuff is getting quite rare nowadays, as Pete said above, Barry is a font of all Acclaim knowledge. Rimmers may hve something?

You need to talk to Chris maybe. I recall that there were not very many alternative dates available due to everything else that will be going on.
