Hi, I have available on my Midge Which has Herald 1200 running gear, the Brake and Clutch Master Cylinders which are in good serviceable condition. They look remarkably similar to my 13/60 ones that I I am replacing So the question is can I Use ones from a 1200 on a 13/60? I know these cars can be Bitsas! As the Head was off a Spit Apparently!

Simple Economics! Minimum wages have gone up ! So they need to cover the extra expense! But I’m sure the Prices will Fall 😱when the Tax cuts come just before the election 😷

Hi Steve, Welcome but don’t admit you’re From Kent! There’s a Good Group of Triumph owners over here in East Sussex where we won’t be Druv. Currently in the custodian of a Coal Tits Nest with Egg located in my Bulkhead ! See Too Long in Lounge Bar!

I got a cunning plan! I could cover the Herald Midge Thing in a blanket and they could find it, do it up, sell it! And the £3.50 they make can be spent on the 13/60!Job done. and more space for bits!

When putting pen to paper The answer was obvious just ask the supplier! But when your like me me and have been affected by a stroke you need a bit off guidance from the experienced community. So 13/60 plug leads : Standard: Silicone: Lumenition Silicone Blue! Other! I know check the book! But are they Top or Side Entry just getting confused! And is there a preference to supplier price wise! Many thanks Adrian.

Plus the Selective hearing you gain when over 60! It’s Heaven!

The vehicle covered with the black tarp is the JC Midge which I also have to keep me busy! Eventually it might look like a 1930s MG Midget but with Herald 1200 engine and chassis.

Yep but who’s counting! And now thankfully I don’t have to wait for a nice dry warm day to unwrap the re wrap the 13/60. I’ve enclosed my rear drive and put a roof over it and can now go and hide from the wife! jobs done so far,Engine stripped and rebuilt, new clutch, brake pipes front to rear, two cross members and a side rail attached Old rust taken away and new rust! Obtained. But now I don’t have to keep covering up and uncovering hopefully things can progress,Joy!

Well Six happy Robins successfully raised and have Jumped Nest at Last and as they don’t reuse the nest I have cleared them out and can now put my feet up! No start to clean up the Bulkhead and put it all back together! After a calming cup of Coffee.
