need a pair of usable front overriders are they used on any other model make?paul

ok its a 1965 model so assume around 50bhp , can obtain a set of twin su carbs and manifolds from a mk 2 spitfire just want a bit more acceleration pulling away. will i need head and cam work to notice the difference .
