  1. Nigel Keep posting your stuff - I love reading it, especially as I own a 50 year old TR4 and am the car's only owner. Used to Club rally it in the early days plus autotesting but am now, and have been for some time, too old and decrepit! CT members will have been able to read things about the car in our magazine "Club Torque" - indeed it was on the front cover in July. I have always loved Triumphs and have owned or driven most models, but TRs are the tops. Derek Pollock President, CT

  4. Hi Jimmy I have a spare 2000 road book - if you care to let me know your address I will forward it to you. Derek Pollock RBRR Organiser 1966 - 2002
  5. Well said, Jim. I hope this is the end of this discussion and the end of an attempt to sanitise the RBRR after so many years of popular success accented by last November's "Classic & Sportscar" magazine award as best event. Wilfrid
  6. Stu I have completed the RBRR fourteen times, always with two drivers - not a problem if you resolve to pace yourselves sensibly. Wilfrid
  7. Absolutely no reason why the smaller engined Triumphs shouldn't successfully complete the RBRR provided the crews don't spend more than the recommended time at stops and keep within the one hour window shown in the road book between the earliest and latest times of arrival. After all, 948 Heralds have done it. Wilfrid (done it 14 times including in a 1300!
  8. Probably 1pm  but better late than never! See next month's "Club Torque" for the full details from the organisers. Wilfrid
