good morning over here, good afternoon in NZL. come to think of it the u washers was thinner, hope this is the right kit thanks for checking your pdf.

Its early in the morning cant sleep, so looking at the body mount kit that came yesterday, pretty self explanatory except for the two u shaped washers, they are about a 1/4 inch thick, i remember removing these, but cant remember where from. my manual does not show them, any ideas. do you think my dogs ready for a walk

I have just been in touch with TD Fitchetts they sound very reassuring so im going with them, they say they do both with or without the w channel, wont be fitting for a while just starting on the body, but will let you know the out come, many thanks for your help

Hi, can anyone tell me the colour of the engine valance, on inspection there is black but also some body colour, this may be over spray from someone patching up. thanks

i believe there are two earth points one from battery to body and one from body to somewhere on the engine or gearbox, it is a must that these are clean, to test that its a earth fault put one jump lead from the battery earth to somewhere on the engine.

yes the spring type, the system look quite new, but there's oil on the plate, so i would get away with just a plate

Hi, i am having difficulty finding a clutch for my herald, all the ones i can find are 6 1/2 inch plates, mine is 6 1/4 i have seen them but they are a arm and a leg, any one know to a reasonable priced one.

Many thanks for the info on the engine colour, another question is, i have finished the rear suspension leaving the bolts loose as i know they have to be set up laden, does this also go for the front suspension, cant find any reference in the manual. I have replaced all the bushes. i shell hopefully be starting on the engine next week, i ran it up when i first had it, and it sounded sweet, but i shell be stripping it to check and replace all seals and gaskets. the cylinder head is full of crud in the thermostat housing, is there anything i should be looking for other than the usual.

Hi, Is the original engine colour black, any recommendation on what paint to use, easy to get mowog green but not much info on the black. Happy new year to all
