  1. ok what i mean is i done the convertion and had to take the electronic ignition off (gammatronic unit) as it is pos earth, and then it would not start so i just need to know the correct wireing  for the coil cos i may have put the wires to the coil wrong, iv since put it all back including the gammatronic and its ok hope this is clearer than my 1st post !
  2. just done the alternator convertion on my 1200 1967 and all was well ,iv got a gammatronix electronic ignition on it wich i have disconnected and now im not sure were the wires to the coil go iv tryed diffrent ways but cant seem to start it anyone know what wire go s were , thanx

    thanx guys but mine was beyond re-core and i was,nt going to shell out over £100  for one noooo way so after being messed about by Q###### of london i managed to find a good one on e bay for £25 ,just waiting for it to come  :)

  6. hi guys im removing the timing chain cover it has a split in it so i need to know the size of the bolt on the crank shaft pulley thanx

  11. lol iv got that one ! off google search ! i really wanted to know what fan belt to use, iv got a alternator (cheap off ebay) and a good idea what to do, have you fitted a fuse box ?

  18. thanks guys lots to consider , i just want the rear wheels to look wider thats all ,just like peter crow , and dave!s cars they look fantastic!

  20. hi all im having my standerd 13" wheels widend ( rear wheels) and i like to know how wide i can go without having to mess with the arches any advice would be useful my car is a 67 herald ,thanks
